Brian McBryan, a 27 year coaching
veteran at the high school/college
levels, is entering his 18th season as
Offensive Line Coach/ Co-Offensive
Coordinator at Bloomsburg University.
During Coach McBryan's 18 years at
Bloomsburg University, the Huskies
have compiled a 153-52-1 record. Coach McBryan,
under legendary Coach Danny Hale, has developed
offensive lines that has contributed to the enormous
success of BU running backs.
The 1997 Harlon Hill winner, Irv Sigler, and Harlon
Hill finalists, Jamar Brittingham and Franklyn Quiteh, amassed numerous
BU, PSAC, and NCAA record rushing numbers
behind McBryan coached O-Lines. McBryan has
coached 13 All-Americans at Bloomsburg, Susquehanna
University and Bucknell University. He has
also coached teams that have won 13 Conference Championships.
BU qualified for the NCAA playoffs 7
times, including the 2000 National Finals and the
2006 National Semi-Finals.
Coach McBryan is a full-time health and physical
education teacher at Milton Area Middle School in
Milton, PA. for the past 30 years.
Coach McBryan is an AFCA member and a noted
Speaker/clinician. He has worked numerous clinics
and camps, including Bloomsburg University, Rocky
Rees' Wing-T Camp, Art Monk , Lebanon Valley
College , and the Nike Coach of the Year Clinic. |
